Because after eating it, you will feel happy!&lt;br /&gt;This is just a branch of the main stall which is the Carlton Restaurant along East Coast Road. For people who loves dark sauce, this is it. This kind of dark sauce wonton noodle are getting rare nowadays, and so lucky that i have found this stall at Bukit Timah Food Centre.&lt;br /&gt;The noodles are very QQ, which made the noodle really good. Char Siew and wonton wise, i would give a average rating only. And this particular stall did not let me down for today, instead it made my trip all the way to changi village meaningful. This, Changi Beef Kway Teow Mee, is the BEST beef noodle i had so far. Having a largest bowl of noodle really satisfy me. Luckily I went there during non-peak hours, or else i would have to wait for 20 minutes for just one plate of Nasi Lemak. The best is the rice, followed by the chicken wing. The rice have a strong smell of pandan, and once you had the taste of the rice, it is so good until you will never forget it. Shiok! Next is the chicken wing, smells good and taste excellent. Well, basically we want some good food to fill our desire and yes, after walking more than 30 minutes to find this bloody Bukit Merah View Food Centre, we had found it!&lt;br /&gt;Together the three fo us, we ordered different set to have a try on different things. Mine was Pork Chop, and i am glad that i had ordered the correct set. Their pork chop is thinner than any other than i had tried, but the whole set comes with 2 slices of pork lion inside. Neither soft nor too hard, its texture was good. But what i like most is the gravy and the coleslaw. The black pepper gravy was simply good, and it goes perfectly with the pork chop, that is why i had mentioned that i had made the correct choice. I mean hello, the portion is huge for your info, although the picture above does look like it. For more information, i shall let NarDd to edit this. I remember going to coffee shops and eating fish and chips, but I had never tasted one of this quality! Normally, the fish that are used are the frozen dory fishes which produces a smell that isn't quite nice in the fishes and mashy fish. I came across this show when i was in a bus watching this show on TVMobile. Coincidentally, it is located in Lavender Food Centre, which is quite near during my bus journey. Therefore, i alighted at Jln Besar and went there for my hunt.&lt;br /&gt;It really disappoint me when i had a taste of this, not as good from what i expect from what i see on the TV show. Nevertheless, the quality is above average. One thing I like about this is they use &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;xi mi fen&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;(thin bee hoon)&lt;/span&gt; rather than &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;chu mi fen (thick bee hoon)&lt;/span&gt;, which makes it easier to taste their soup used to cook this inside the beehoon. Maybe their fried kway teow or oyster omelette will be better? Katong Laksa or our original Laksa? I believe most of us know the difference between Laksa and Katong Laksa. Katong Laksa is also referred to Nonya Laksa, that is eaten just with spoon. Nowadays, more and more good stalls of Laska are all Katong Laksa, but then i come across this stall which i believe most of us will like it.&lt;br /&gt;Too bad i forgotten the name of the stall, but from what i know they sell fish ball noodles, minced meat noodle, curry chicken noodle and laksa. Focusing on Laksa first because this is my favourite food. :) The gravy is simply good, and it goes good with chicken too. That is why curry chicken noodle is available too. For Laska lovers, try this. It will definitely fill you up. The queue there is never ending. One of the Top 10 Laksa i had tried so far, although this is only the first post of Laksa. Although it is still in the minds of upgrading, but lets post something to keep this alive since this blog was created quite sometime ago. Okay, back to topic. Beef noodle, is not much of a common sight. However, when I was to pass by Lavender Food Center, which I didn't really know where was it located during my bus ride, I discovered that there is quite a variety of choices there. Despite the number of choices, nothing would be better than one of my favourite dish, the beef noodle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Comments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is definitely better than all other beef noodle i had tried in food courts, the sauce that was used, was perfect.
